She is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over twenty-five years experience in auditing, insurance, public service, professional accounting services, development and management of capital market. An Accounting graduate, she is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Currently a Deputy Director in West African Examination Council. She has been involved in fund and portfolio management for the organization in addition to her involvement in other capital market assignment. Prior to joining WAEC, she was involved in professional Accounting practice where she is responsible for audit and consultancy services of capital market operators.

She is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and banker with over twenty years experience in professional practice, government, oil industry and financial institutions.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Lagos in 1986 and later passed the final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria in 1989 and was admitted a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation in 1997. She commenced her professional training with international accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskin & sells in 1986. Thereafter, she moved to the banking industry where she worked at various sectors of commercial and merchant banking including amongst others Nigeria Arab Bank Ltd, Century Merchant bank and Equitorial trust bank Ltd holding various managerial positions between 1988 and 1995. She established and managed a professional practice firm offering accounting, financial, tax and investment services to public and private sector from 1995 until she becomes the Managing Director of Mercov Securities Limited in December 2000. She is a Professional Stockbroker.

He is an MBA graduate of London Business School and a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from University of Lagos and has over twelve years experience in industry with emphasis on energy, financial and consumables. His prior experience include exposures to various operations in Oil and Gas, major Banking institutions and other multinational companies in Europe.

He has over five years exposure as an investment consultant in capital market operations in US, Europe and emerging market.
