He has a strong background in Accounting and Finance as a fellow of the Institute of Chartered  Accountant of Nigeria (FCA) and an MBA Finance. He has over 17 years experience in oil and gas and has worked with the big multinationals and oil servicing companies before moving over as the General Manager in  Mercov Securities Ltd in January 2007. During this period, he is exposed to various marketing, business development and asset management.

MR ADEDAYO ABAYOMI ADEYEMI

He is an insurance graduate from University of Lagos and holds professional qualification of Chartered Insurance institute. He has over 23 years experience in insurance and financial services where he is involved in various underwriting, marketing and portfolio management. Before resuming in 2005 as the Operations Manager in Mercov, he worked at Cornerstone Insurance Limited and Phoenix Insurance.

She is an Economics graduate and has an MBA in Marketing from University of Lagos. Her previous experience includes over 15 years exposure in audit practice, banking and asset management. She is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and is the Head of Finance and Administration.

MISS FLORENCE UGURU

She is in charge of Client services. She is an Accounting graduate and has over 15 years experience in oil and gas, manufacturing and financial services. She has been with Mercov Securities since January 2001.
